💸 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund and cancellation rules for subscriptions and payments.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and procedures regarding subscription cancellations and refund requests for the services, websites, and mobile applications operated by Whale Group LTD (operating under the trading name Pumio).
Due to our reliance on third-party payment infrastructure and Merchants of Record, all financial transactions are managed and processed by those external platforms. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your premium subscription (PRO version) at any time. Cancellation will prevent the next scheduled automatic renewal payment.
#### How to Cancel (Platform Specific):
- Web Purchases (Lemon Squeezy): Cancel via the link in your initial email receipt, through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal, or within the billing settings of Pumio's web version.
- iOS Devices (Apple App Store): Cancel via your iPhone/iPad Account Settings → Subscriptions.
- Android Devices (Google Play Store): Cancel via the Google Play App → Menu → Subscriptions.
#### ⏳ Cancellation Timing and Access:
- Required Notice: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your current subscription period ends.
- Access After Cancellation: You retain full access to premium features until the end of your paid billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
2. General Refund Policy (The Rule)
As a general rule, all purchases made within our Services are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Whale Group LTD does not directly process, hold, or refund your transaction payments—this is handled by the platform where the purchase was made.
#### A. Web Purchases via Lemon Squeezy
- Legal Seller: All purchases on our websites are legally sold by Lemon Squeezy, LLC (the Merchant of Record).
- Refund Review: If you have an exceptional circumstance (e.g., technical duplicate billing), refund requests must be evaluated according to Lemon Squeezy’s official refund policy.
- Support Assistance: You may contact our support team at support@pumio.io to assist in compiling the technical logs required for your request to Lemon Squeezy.
#### B. In-App Purchases via Apple App Store (iOS)
- No Company Refund Authority: Whale Group LTD has no technical capability or legal authority to issue refunds for transactions processed by Apple.
- Official Process: To request an iOS refund, you must submit a request directly to Apple via their official portal: `reportaproblem.apple.com`.
- Apple Policy: All requests are evaluated under Apple’s own consumer protection and refund guidelines.
#### C. In-App Purchases via Google Play Store (Android)
- Platform Handling: Refunds are handled exclusively through the Google Play platform.
- Request Window: You can request a refund directly through your Google Play account history within 48 hours of the purchase.
- Post-Window Policy: After 48 hours, Google’s standard policies apply; refunds are generally only granted under specific technical or fraudulent-use circumstances.
3. Virtual Items (Coins) and Creator Support
These items have a strict non-refundability policy due to their immediate consumption:
- Virtual Currency ("Coins"): Purchases of Coins are consumed immediately upon delivery to your account balance. All Coin purchases are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Creator Appreciation Transfers: Once a User transfers Coins to a Creator as an appreciation token or to unlock premium digital access, the transaction is irreversible and final. It cannot be refunded, reversed, or recalled by the sender, the Creator, or Whale Group LTD.
4. Statutory Consumer Rights (UK & EU Consumers)
For users in the United Kingdom or European Union:
- The Right to Withdraw: You generally have a statutory right to withdraw from certain digital purchases within 14 days without giving a reason ("cooling-off period").
- Waiver of Right (Digital Content): By purchasing a digital subscription or Virtual Coins, you explicitly request and agree that the content is delivered immediately. You acknowledge that once the digital content is fully accessed by you, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is ведотивно аннулировано (waived), and you will not be entitled to a refund under cooling-off regulations.
