Account & Data Deletion Request

How to delete your Pumio account and associated data.

Method 1 — On the website

Primary way to delete your account:

  1. Sign in at pumio.io.
  2. Go to Account → Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Method 2 — In the mobile app (iOS / Android)

  1. Open the Pumio app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Method 3 — Email

Email us from your registered account address so we can verify your identity. Include the subject line Account deletion request.

  • Profile
  • Activity
  • Account settings

Timeline

Self-serve deletion on the website or in the app is usually processed immediately. Email requests are completed within 7 business days after identity verification.
